When it started raining in the last week of May, the weather predicted the setting of North east monsoon earlier than usual. But after aweek it fizzled out. June was a dry month without the usual rain. the power cut got resumed as there was no water in hydel projects for power generation. Farmers started panicking expecting draught. Now it is raining in Kodagu, the CAuvery is filling up flooding her birth place
