Arrival of Monsoon

When it started raining in the last week of May, the weather predicted the setting of North east monsoon earlier than usual. But after aweek it fizzled out. June was a dry month without the usual rain. the power cut got resumed as there was no water in hydel projects for power generation. Farmers started panicking expecting draught. Now it is raining in Kodagu, the CAuvery is filling up flooding her birth place. Hope the rain will not weaken after a weak.
Whenever it rains in Kodagu, in Bangalore it will be "MODA KAVIDA" Vathavarana. So we r enjoying the cool, pleasent weather. At the same time people with Broncities Curse the weather as it makes them breathless.
The plants have become lush green & r filling with pretty blossoms. Orchids r yet to bloom. Hope in its season -in August September they will put up a great show.
